Meredith has been working with Shore Incentives since 1994. She graduated with a degree in Travel & Tourism marketing and management from Johnson & Wales University, renowned for its Hospitality and Culinary programs. Meredith brings a strong background in the hotel industry to the Shore Incentives team with her experience from the luxury hotel chains of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She has traveled extensively with Shore Incentives as well as with her career in the hotel industry. Meredith has insider's knowledge to the ins and outs of hotel and resort industry as well as a true understanding of the importance of excellent service.

In addition to Meredith's commitment to Shore Incentives she enjoys her marriage to Matt, another member of the staff. The Love's are currently enjoying the trials and tribulations of parenting, raising their young daughter, Peyton.
