He has a degree in business from California State University of Long Beach and possesses years of sales experience in the medical and advertising markets. Matt brings a unique twist of experience to Shore Incentives with years of attending incentive trips and product roll outs. Matt often gives us the perspective of the guest on our trips!

In addition to Matt's commitment to Shore Incentives he enjoys his marriage to Meredith, another member of the staff. The Love's are currently enjoying the trials and tribulations of parenting, raising their young daughter, Peyton.
