Case Study: Insurance Industry

Client Description: The Group Sales Division of a national insurance agency, consisting of over five hundred employees.

Challenge: The client was in partnership with a large events planning firm and felt that the bureaucracy within the firm had put their events into a box, or planning formula. They found that their "perceived" value of a larger firm did not meet their expectations in terms of flexibility, customization and attention detail. Their service agent was not always the same from year to year and therefore, they often found themselves circling the planning formula.

Decision: The client decided it was time to seek out a new firm that was perhaps smaller and therefore able to provide them with personal service year after year.

Solution: From their research into a new planning firm, they selected Shore Incentives to care for their needs. They were in search of a "boutique" type firm that would make their event special, catered specifically to their needs and a firm that would not make them feel like a number, but feel like their most important client. Able to provide them with every service they were looking for and more, the two companies have been in cooperation for over six years.
